6. Order Acceptance & Confirmation
Placing an Order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase, not a confirmed contract. An Order is confirmed only after: (a) payment verification for prepaid Orders; (b) OTP or call confirmation for COD Orders; and (c) our acceptance communicated via an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to accept or decline any Order, in whole or in part, before dispatch. Delivery is subject to product availability and the applicable Shipping & Delivery Policy.
7. Product Information & Availability
We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MATILEO ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Website or Products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim arising from a Product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that Product in the relevant Order.
12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, war, terrorism, government action, internet or telecommunication failures, or courier disruptions.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India, without prejudice to your right to approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
